​​Martin Strength Training is dedicated to getting clients healthier, giving them a better quality of life, and helping each individual accomplish their goals. My methods are basic nutrition counseling, the use of compound movements along with single joint, variable resistance, and unilateral exercises performed with excellent technique. This philosophy is used to improve strength, increase flexibility, prevent injury, and to improve athletic performance through goal setting and accomplishment. My programs are great for anyone desiring to feel better mentally and physically, look better, perform everyday life activities more efficiently, or to improve athletic performance. My experience includes over 27,000 private sessions with athletes and adults of all ages and fitness levels, 9 years coaching men and women sports, 3 years as a head strength and conditioning coach, and numerous strength and conditioning summer camps.
